Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you use naksh.net, place an order, or use the Ask Naksh chat. By doing any of these, you agree to the terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

What Naksh provides

Naksh sells symbolic readings based on astrology, palmistry, and traditional mole symbolism. The readings are for reflection, personal insight, and entertainment. They describe tendencies and themes. They do not predict events and they do not guarantee any outcome.

A reading is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it is not employment counseling. A mole reading is symbolic and is never a medical evaluation. If you have a health concern, a legal question, or a money decision to make, please speak with a licensed professional. You stay responsible for the choices you make.

Who can use Naksh

Naksh readings are intended for adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an adult where you live and that you can enter into a contract.

Readings are offered to customers in these places: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, UAE. We may not be able to help customers elsewhere.

Your account and login

You do not create a password. You sign in with a login link that we email to the address you enter. The link expires after 15 minutes and works once, and your session lasts 8 hours. Anyone who can open your email can sign in as you, so please keep your email account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your session.

The information you give us

Please enter accurate details. A reading is based on what you give us, so incorrect birth details or answers can lead to a reading that does not fit you. We cannot change a reading because the details you entered were wrong.

Only enter details about another person, such as for a compatibility report, if you are comfortable sharing them with us. Please do not upload images of intimate areas of the body.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You are charged the price shown on the checkout page for the reading you chose. Your bank or card company may add its own fees, for example for currency conversion.

Payments are made by card through Stripe Checkout. Your card details go to Stripe and not to Naksh. Your order is created after Stripe confirms the payment.

Delivery

Quick Reading and Full Horoscope are written by an artificial intelligence service and delivered automatically, usually within minutes of payment. A person does not review these readings before you receive them. If the automatic draft fails, the order is held for our team, so delivery may take longer.

Compatibility Report, Career Path Report, Soulmate Reading, Mole Reading, Palm Reading, and Full Combined Reading are drafted with an artificial intelligence service and then reviewed by a person on our team before delivery. They are usually delivered within 24 hours.

We email you a confirmation after your order, and a notice when your reading is ready. You read and download your reading, as a PDF, in your My Readings dashboard. Delivery times are our targets and can vary.

Problems with an order

If something is wrong with an order, email admin@naksh.net with your order number and a description of the problem. We review each message and reply to you.

Ask Naksh chat and credits

The chat is written by an artificial intelligence service, and a person does not review its answers. Answers can contain mistakes and are symbolic and reflective. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• The site wide Ask Naksh chat includes 3 free questions for each browser. After that, you need to be signed in and to have money in your Ask Naksh wallet.
• You can add C$5 or C$10 to your wallet through Stripe Checkout. Each paid question deducts a set amount from the wallet, and the amount is shown in the chat. The wallet is tied to your email address.
• You can buy follow up question credits for a specific order: 3 Questions for C$5, 10 Questions for C$12, and 25 Questions for C$25. Each question uses one credit. You can ask them only about a reading that has been delivered, and they are tied to that order.
• We have not set an expiry date for wallet money or credits. A question that has been sent and answered cannot be taken back.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. You agree not to do any of the following.

• Use the site for anything unlawful.
• Try to sign in to another person's account or see another person's orders.
• Overload the site, get around its rate limits, or interfere with how it works.
• Submit images of intimate areas of the body, or personal details about someone else that you should not share.
• Use the chat or a reading to harass, threaten, or deceive anyone.

Ownership of readings and content

Your reading is written for you. You may download it and keep it for your own personal use. Please do not resell it, publish it commercially, or present it as your own professional service.

Naksh keeps its rights in the website, its design, its text, and the format of its reports. You keep your rights in the details you submit, and you allow us to use them to create your reading and run your order.

Services from other companies

The site relies on Stripe for payments, Google Gemini for drafts and chat answers, Resend for email, and the Meta Pixel for measuring visits. Those companies have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their services, but we use them to deliver ours.

Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The site and the readings are provided as they are. We do not promise that a reading is accurate, that it will suit your situation, or that it will lead to any result. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

We are not responsible for decisions you make because of a reading or a chat answer. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that you have under the law and that cannot be removed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or the services change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
